Apricot Testnet Update and What’s Next

It has already been 12 days since the launch of our testnet, which gives our users an ability to max alpha with minimum risks. 🍑

With an overwhelming response from over 34,000 users 🙌🏻 who experienced the power of Lending and Farming while staying protected with Apricot, we are excited to share that we are now nearing our mainnet launch.

The testnet went live with lots of enthusiasts who were keen on becoming part of our strong community and within a single day, we had hit the test user limit. By the launch weekend, our numbers rose to 12,000, and with Apricot Assist been fired countless times.

We are thrilled to announce that, up till now, more than 34,000 users have already tried testnet, out of which 26,000 users leveraged the power of X-Farm and 21,000 users have tried Apricot Assist. We are working hard to ensure everything is more stable, secure, and accessible before the launch.

To everyone who has participated in the testnet, we would like to say a big thank you for all your extensive feedback. Your contributions are essential to building an 🦾infallible mainnet.

We see and appreciate all your feedback & here are a few examples of what we heard from our community 👂🏼

Building on the feedback we’ve received, we have already made dozens of adjustments to our testnet UI. And here’s a list of major upcoming improvements 👏 we’ll be adding when we launch our mainnet:

• Light mode: many of you have asked for this. Our designer and devs are now hard at work to build a pleasing light mode UI for those of you who prefer a bright background and color scheme.
• Assist history: we’re adding a little section to the Apricot Assist tab that helps you review the actions that Apricot Assist has already performed when deleveraging your account. This will help you better understand the reason behind the changes to your account balance and will help you gain greater confidence in Apricot Assist’s operation
• More collateral and farming pool options

Along with the launch of our testnet, we also announced that we will be picking out the 10 best feedbacks from our community and reward them with Apricot NFTs(and probably a few airdrops aswell). The submissions close this Friday and winners will be announced on Sunday.
