Today, we’d like to provide some additional mainnet updates to highlight all the thoughts and hard work behind bringing alive the very DeFi product you’ve been looking for!
New Features ⚡️🌺
Assist History Archive
Many of you are already familiar with how Apricot Assist can help you reduce liquidation risks from collateralized lending and leveraged yield farming. To recap, Assist will automatically trigger and deleverage your account when your Borrow Limit Used exceeds the Trigger Level set by yourself — as long as you keep Assist enabled, the background program will keep running when the trigger condition is met (please also refer to our prior article to understand the limitations of Assist 1.0).
Given the 24x7 nature of the crypto market, volatilities in asset prices may trigger Assist at times when you are not even awake or aware. Therefore, for better transparency and accountability, the Apricot team thinks it is important to keep a record for all Assist trigger actions so that users can see exactly when and what Assist did.
Another thing to note about Apricot Assist is that, to make its operation more robust under current mainnet environment, each time when Assist is triggered, it performs exactly one action (check out our docs for the order of priority) instead of a sequence of actions.
Usually, this one action is enough to bring your account below Assist’s Trigger Level. However, if that’s not the case, then Assist will just be triggered multiple times, and each time it is triggered, it will leave a record in the Archive for you to see.
Light Color Mode
Many of our testnet users have been calling for a light color mode of our app.
You asked, we delivered!
The color theme will hopefully convey a sense of comfort and warmth to make the user experience even more stress-free.
